Hearings with the Bureaucracy took place on Friday 22 February 2019 at. The hearing was attended by the Core Management and Daily Management Himabio along with representatives from the Semi-Autonomous Agency (BSO) and Study Group (KS).

Herbiforus, who has now become a BSO, received a lot of input for the direction of the work of one management period in 2019. Mr. Suratsih suggested that Herbiforus's BSO curriculum covers education, research, and entrepreneurship. In connection with the formation of the Student Activity Unit of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship (UKMF Entrepreneurship), Herbiforus was encouraged to utilize facilities in the field of entrepreneurship. Furthermore, he hopes Herbiforus conducts activities on local food diversity in Yogyakarta which are then inventoried and explore the potential (exploration) of food crops which can then be journalized.

Further direction and advice is from Mrs. Tienaminatun who directed Herbiforus to identify and inventory for ecosystem services and their use. Then Herbiforus is expected to enter the achievement data achieved on the website of the Department of Biology Education. In addition, he also appealed that Herbiforus members be invited to be active in the activities held.

The last input was input from Mr. Agung who appealed Herbiphorus to involve students in general in the activities held so that the activity was not only for members. It is hoped that more people will benefit from the activities held. Secondly, Pak Agung urges environmental cleanliness and comfort to be campaigned more often to increase FMIPA awareness about the environment.
