    2016 Class B Biology Study Program students have carried out Excursion Studies and Marine Biology Field Studies in Baluran National Park, Situbondo, East Java. The field lecture was held on March 25-28, 2019. Baluran National Park has diverse ecosystems ranging from mountain ecosystems, evergreen forests, savanna to beaches.

    In order to commemorate the Earth Day which falls on April 22, 2019, BSO ARWANA UNY held a butterfly host plant planting activity as a form of caring for the preservation of butterflies. This activity was held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in the FMIPA UNY area by a number of members.

    Sangiran, is one of the pre-historic sites that have been recognized worldwide. On last Wednesday (4/24/2019) Biology Study Program students of the Year 2016 did a visit as well as a field study of the evolutionary practicum at the Sangiran site. This field study aims to increase knowledge and students are expected to be able to explore and understand the evolutionary events that can be seen real evidence on the Sangiran site.
